Before the invention of the refrigerator, drying out was the basic preservation method of foods for thousands of years. With the help of the air and the sun every summer, people dried out almost all their agricultural products in order to be able to use them during the cold winter.



Our fruits and vegetables are dried in outdoor spaces, in keeping with traditional methods, and without the use of chemical preservatives.
